Well site presents with an area covered with Storm water / oil. Unit is powered by a gas engine. The pumper Tate Thomas stated cows had disconnected a line where he was "catching gas to run engine". Fluids are 99% storm / water and 1% oil. Site shows a slight sheen of oil on water. Mr. Thomas said he would report it to AOGC and put pads down to remove sheen of oil from top of water.
